It was a beautiful February morning when I, together with a couple of my dear friends gathered to celebrate Owen and Carla's  Union in an intimate lunch at Romulo's in Makati.

A brief FYI: Owen is my former colleague and i fondly call him "Boss Owen".

He was my senior nurse in MICU. But other from being my colleague, he is also my dear friend. :))

this one, made me cry. it was a great surprise.

I always felt a weird thing about a bouquet of such 

(since i felt somewhat guilty forcontributing to the destruction of mother earth.. but that's just me)

 but this time it felt different! this is from my wonderful sisters and bro who made everything extra special just when i felt the most blah 'bout myself.

Big thanks to them (and to this well assembled batch of carnations) 'cause now I can clearly justify why receiving a bouquet is great! 

The flowers served their purpose. 
And this purpose far outweighed my guilt-stricken thought of their withering...

 Their the perfect gesture of LOVE.
may it be a piece or a dozen.

It's pretty amazing to see someone you grew up with walk down the aisle with tears on their faces, saying i do and listening to their exchange of vows. It makes one rethink his/her (ok fine, MY) priorities in life. boo...

I've always wanted to start a blog but it took me a while to let this one materialize since i was still in college then  and the demands of school work really took a toll on my life. but this time, i'm taking that dream to reality.
